2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

DL Automobile Detailing LLC is not liable for pre-existing damages or items left in the vehicle.

We reserve the right to refuse service for excessively dirty or hazardous vehicles.

6. Weather Conditions

In case of adverse weather, appointments may be rescheduled for your convenience and safety.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions.
